- Retain a 95% or above customer satisfaction rate for the whole year.

- The top management of the company formulates quality policies and sets quality goals to show their resolve on quality assurance. They request the staff as a whole to be customer-centered, work together to make innovation and improve working practice, so as to enhance product and service quality.
- Make all staff, by means of publication, training and so on, understand quality policies and goals, well aware of quality and continuously enhance technology and management skills so that they can “do it right at the very beginning” and deliver to the customer satisfying products and service on time.
- We have set up a quality assurance system based on the model of ISO 9000:2000, and guarantee that our products and services meet relevant requirements by obtaining a third party certification.
- The staff should work hard on quality assurance to make the quality goals come true. We will work more closely with our suppliers and collaborative manufacturers to ensure that their products as well as ours conform to the same quality standards.
