Single-machine type:
1) A new user is added through the registration by means of the initial card (senior user card) or the super user password. Only after being registered can a user card (legal card) be used on this supervisor. Each user has a unique user number;
2) Advanced user cards can be used to adjust the time and date of the supervisor and carry out various kinds of setting up like LCD contrast to guarantee that the status setting of the supervisor is correct;
3) When a legal user punches his/her card on the supervisor, the door lock of the supervisor opens automatically. When the user borrows or returns any key equipment in the supervisor, the supervisor will automatically record the user number that opens the door, the borrowed or returned key equipment, and the time. When the door of the supervisor closes, the supervisor will automatically lock the door bolt;
4) At any time, the user can view the historical operation records and browse them in the inverted sequence of time;
5) When a user card is lost or needs cancellation, a senior user card can delete the user card or re-register a new card.
Network type:
When the network type unlocking key supervisor works with the server software WEBServer, the user can remotely open the key supervisor through a computer in which the WEBServer has been installed on the network and carry out browsing and inquiry on the Web pages. The key supervisor can automatically identify the number of keys and automatically perform interlocking after judging that all the keys have been returned.
The network type unlocking key supervisor uses servers to realize unified management. All the key supervisors within the LAN and the information about the use of their internal keys can be checked in a real-time and on-line way. Accurate recording and statistics of the information about the historical use of the unlocking keys can be carried out, which greatly facilitates the management, statistics, and analysis of the equipment.
Short message type:
Short message type unlocking key supervisor has a built-in communication module, which supports the unlocking in the GSM/CDMA short message authorization mode. A mobile phone registered through the system can remotely control the key supervisor at the station end. The operation process is as follows: The station end user selects, on the key supervisor, the reasons to use the unlocking key and transmits, through the built-in communication module, the information such as the reasons for unlocking to the authorizer’s mobile phone in the form of a short message. After receiving the information, the authorizer will give a written reply to the short message. Then, the user can open the door to get the unlocking key.
