Overview

　　保障电力系统安全运行是电力行业的首要任务，这使得发变电和输电线路设备管理和维护工作变得日益重要，任何对故障、隐患的发现延误都将带来巨大损失。对于设备巡视，当前变电站、发电厂、输电线路所采取的手段不容易确保巡视工作按时、保质、保量地完成（如漏检、没按规定时间巡视等），有必要采用新的技术手段来提高设备巡视及管理水平。
　　针对我国目前的发展现状，我公司提出了以RFID（射频识别）、GPS（全球定位系统）等技术为基础的一整套用于发电厂、变电站、输电线路设备巡视管理解决方案，成功研制了UTXS-3电脑巡视系统，该系统已在多个地区成功使用，并能够同发/供电企业的管理信息系统紧密结合在一起，使电力企业设备管理及信息化管理又上了一个新台阶。
　　UTXS-3电脑巡视系统给设备巡视人员提供了一个方便快捷、科学先进的工作平台，能够提高设备巡视质量，及时记录和分析设备缺陷和隐患，提高科学运行管理水平，实现人性化、信息化管理，避免了巡视不到位、不及时等现象。从而实现了巡视管理规范化、手段信息化、分析科学化。
